Rangers lead the way!
1/75th
After serving for 7 years, it's time to say farewell.
Yeah maybe the ...
Yeah maybe the western Allies, but the Soviets weren't? making a beach landing on Normandy. That was my point.
i said the allied? ...
i said the allied? invasion force toppled the nazi empire...
Maybe? you should ...
Maybe? you should go reread your comment than.
Yeah they? eat em ...
Yeah they? eat em for breakfast and ask for seconds hah!
Never said the ...
Never said the Americans went in and toppled the Nazi regime, I said they helped? to topple the Nazi regime
Yeah but it wasnt ...
Yeah but it wasnt the Americans who went in? and "toppled the Nazi regime". The Russians lost more than 10,000,000 people defeating them.
I never said that, ...
I never said that, stop putting words in my mouth.
I'm just saying how? the U.S. Rangers helped to win the war.

weren't they called 2nd rangers back then??

They've begun to ...
They've begun to revamp their military. They are as wary of? China as we are.
I don't know what ...
I don't know what school you went to, but we were well versed on both fronts of the European theater. It doesn't hurt to know that while we were engaging Germany, we were also fighting Japan in the Pacific almost single handedly, with some help from? the British & Australian navies.
f**k you, you ...
f**k you, you racist war-mongering piece? of s**t.
yes back then it ...
yes back then it was the 74th ranger battalion and they were mostly volunteers and elite soldiers who were put under rigorous? training regiments and some of them actually dropped behind enemy lines during normandy to cut off the nazi reinforcements at tactical points(to where they didnt have to fight a entire wermnacht battalion)
Imagine a Jewish ...
Imagine a Jewish man named? ( Saulberg) from Tel Aviv had murdered 3000 innocent people in Portland. Now consider that 3 yrs have passed and the killer is still on the loose. Can you imagine the director of the FBI saying in public- "I really don't spend much time thinking about Saulberg!"
The public would be outraged. Bush got away with saying the same about OBL, for two reasons, 1.) OBL was innocent of 9-11.? 2. ) he was dead in 2004.
Yeah the Soviets ...
Yeah the Soviets did a wonderful job getting slaughtered.? You guys forget that it was a world war? Lol. Anyways I don't know why you guys are arguing about this.. In todays world Russia isn't anything to worry about. They're pretty much China's b***h.
You know whats even ...
You know whats even more messed up? I have a friend in Russia that said the schools are importing Western translated textbooks that? don't talk about the millions of dead Russians/Soviets and how the Soviets helped the west.
That guy is all ...
That guy is all wrapped in false American pride..
Soviets did a hell of a job in Germany..
Its messed up I remember in high? school textbooks there was little mention of the Soviets destroying Germany but 30 pages of how we destroyed Japan.
Its that kind of arrogance that will get us in unneccasary trouble..
Like I said to ...
Like I said to another person, I'm not spitting on the Americans I'm? just saying. This guy acts like the US took down Nazi Germany by itself with no help, he made no mention of the Soviets.
The US clearly ...
The US clearly didn't win the war alone, but it was probably the one nation most responsible for Allied victory. The US produced about 75% of all the weapons and supplies used by the Allies and was the only nation that took a leading combat role in both? Europe and the Pacific. The US won, practically alone, almost all of the Allied victories against Japan. The US also provided the majority of the troops for the Italian Campaign

i 75 in? maket
Yeah and it lost ...
Yeah and it lost 10,000,000 people to the Nazis compared to around 850,000 to 900,000 Americans? lost the entire war. Im not spitting on the Americans Im just saying. And the Cold War? Really? The reason you won the cold war was because America saved many of Nazi Germanys top scientists.

Actually there was a unit that operated behind enemy lines in Burma and China in WWII called Merrill's Marauders; they were the parent of the modern 75th Rangers. They? were an all-volunteer unit and they successfully waged a guerrilla war on some of Japan's most battle-hardened soldiers. Because of their unique heroism and success the 75th Rangers was created in 1954 and was given the colors and crest of the Marauders. My grandfather was one of them.
